Permanent installations

Retail store and kiosk design and construction for premium brands

A store that opens on time, complies with the brand manual and the shopping centre rules, and is built to sell from day one.

Who this service is for

This page is for brand managers, expansion managers and distributors who need to open or refurbish a physical point of sale and would rather have one supplier responsible for everything than coordinate an architect, a joiner, an electrician and a graphics installer who have never met. For over 15 years we have worked with brands such as Garmin, Metro KIA and CeraVe on shopping-centre stores, dealership showrooms and kiosks, and in recent years we have opened more than 40 points of sale in Colombia and Panama. We know what a shopping centre requires before approving a design, what a mall administration asks for before authorising an overnight installation, and what a global brand reviews before signing off on a store in Latin America.

What we build

Retail store

Shopping-centre and street-front stores, from 20 m² to dealership showrooms. Includes architectural design, custom furniture, lighting, graphics, window display and electrical and data adaptation. We hand over the store ready to receive stock.

Kiosk or island

Free-standing units for shopping-centre corridors and atriums. Designed on the footprint allocated by the mall, with 360° display, internal storage, checkout point and concealed cabling. Built complete in our workshop and installed in a single night.

Refurbishment and multi-city rollout

Bringing existing stores up to the current brand manual, and opening several locations with the same concept in different cities. We standardise furniture and details so every store looks identical and costs less than the first one.

How we work

  1. 1

    Site survey and brief

We visit the unit or receive the mall's floor plan. We review the brand manual, the mall regulations and the existing service points. We define scope, target budget and opening date.

  2. 2

    Proposal with a 360° walkthrough

We deliver a floor plan, renders and a virtual tour you can share with head office. Adjustments happen on the model, not on site.

  3. 3

    Engineering, fixed budget and approvals

Technical drawings, material specification and an itemised budget. We prepare the package the mall administration needs to approve the design and the works schedule.

  4. 4

    Workshop fabrication

Furniture, display cases, panels and graphics are built and pre-assembled in our workshop while the civil works progress on site. Fewer days in the unit, no surprises at installation.

  5. 5

    Installation and handover

Installed by our own crew, within the hours the shopping centre allows. We hand over with a signed acceptance, as-built drawings and a post-opening adjustment period.

One supplier, start to finish

Design, engineering, fabrication and installation all come out of the same office. That means one point of contact, one schedule, and nobody who can say "that wasn't in my scope".

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to open a store?

It depends on the size and the condition we receive the unit in. As a reference, a 30–80 m² shopping-centre store usually takes 3 to 5 weeks between design approval and handover, plus the mall's own approval time. A kiosk is built in the workshop and installed in one night. A dealership showroom is a multi-month project. We fix the opening date at the start and plan the schedule backwards from it.

Our brand has a global manual. Do you follow it?

Yes, that is the norm. Most of our clients are international brands with strict retail manuals. Our job is to apply them to the real space, solve what the manual doesn't cover (unit dimensions, local regulations, materials available in Colombia) and document every adaptation for head-office approval.

What do you need to prepare a first proposal?

Three things: the floor plan or measurements of the unit, the brand manual (or references of stores you like) and the target opening date. With that we prepare a first proposal with an estimated budget. If the unit is not yet chosen, we can also help you evaluate options.

Can you open several stores in different cities?

Yes. We have opened points of sale for the same brand in Bogotá, Cali, Ibagué, Neiva and Panama. Our installation crew travels and all furniture is built in a single workshop, which guarantees every store looks the same and brings costs down from the second opening onwards.

What happens after handover?

We hand over with a signed acceptance, as-built drawings and a warranty on furniture and installations. The first days of trading usually reveal small adjustments (a door, a light level, a shelf) and we handle them as part of the project.
